  4.    Set various BIT defaults, and optionally load from or save to
  5.    a file the settings.
  6.  
  7.  Each variable name and its possible values are shown on the same line. 
  8.  The variable name is supposed to be self-explanatory.  More verbose
  9.  explanation is available by clicking mouse on the variable name.
  10.  
  11.  The box on the left side of the variable shows all possible values.
  12.  Use leftmouse to walk down the options; middlemouse to walk up the
  13.  options and use rightmouse for random access.
  14.  
  15.  If there are more options than that can be shown, a small graybox labeled
  16.  more will be shown, click on it to flip.
  17.  
  18.  Press SaveWinPos button will save the current window location
  19.  and size, together with InfoPanel and ControlPanel to a file
  20.  which will be read by bit upon startup unless -a is present.

  22.  All buttons have the obvious meaning.
